The author is responsible for the contents of the electronic dissertation,
including the publishing rights to the pictures, maps and other material, which
may be copyrighted. The contents of the dissertation have to be identical with
the contents of the printed copy submitted to the faculty.
The National Library has a right to make the dissertation available on the Internet,
and the Library is responsible for the long term preservation of the electronic dissertation.
The copyright of the dissertation belongs to the author, and he/she has a
right to publish it elsewhere.
In case the agreement is terminated by the author within a year from the public examination
of the dissertation, and the electronic version can no longer be kept publicly available on the
E-thesis server, the author must provide the National Library with 100 printed copies of the
dissertation.
