The university education of the kindergarten teacher aims at the development of pedagogical early-education professionals. Their primary task is to teach and guide children through pedagogy. There is no education at the time of early education leadership. My work at the kindergarten showed how important the role of a professional day care center is in the whole day care center. Guiding frameworks for the kindergarten's day care facility provide early childhood education plans. I wanted to find out whether leadership in kindergarten's own early childhood education plans is being discussed. My preliminary view was that leadership is not mentioned in early childhood education plans as it is not defined in the National Early Childhood Education Plan 2005. The research questions for my work are as follows: 1. How is Leadership Occurred in Early Childhood Education Plans? 2. What kind of context does management experience in early childhood education plans? I studied early childhood education plans with data analysis. I'm getting the material I research on the internet using the Google search engine. After emptying my search history, I wrote in the search engine's search box the words of the early education plan and leadership. Based on the results of the search, I picked the first 16 day care plan for early childhood education that was dated to 2012 or later. Based on my research, only a small part of early childhood education plans for kindergartens were not mentioned in leadership. There were four such early childhood education plans in four selected 16 early childhood education plans. It can therefore be concluded that most of the 75% of nursing homes' early childhood education plans have been highlighted in the day care center. A more detailed analysis showed that leadership in the day care center is most present in addition to actual leadership, development, evaluation and quality issues.
