    Goal: The goal with this thesis is to through a literature study of different steardocuments, the finnish law and earlier research give an overview of the current situation in special pedagogy and how it looks in reallity compared to how it should look acording to beforementioned earlier publications. Methods: I have analyzed different steardocuments to be able to decide how teachers and and school personel should act when it comes to special pedagogy but also through analyzing earlier literature and articles give an overview of how it looks in reality compered to steardocuments. its it a describing litterature overview. Results and coclusions: The results shows tha pupils with need of support dont get the amount of support they need, and by law is right to. both the school curiculum and the finnish and swedish law support that pupils with need of support should get that but unforunatly, this is not the case.
