This bachelor's thesis applies bona fide group perspective to a natural group and focuses specifically to identity of group members. Bona fide group perspective aims the focus of the research to features of natural groups. Empirical application of bona fide group perspective has so far been scarce. A large finnish media corporation was examined. The empirical part of the study is based on interviews which has then been analyzed. Empirical application of bona fide group perspective has challengies. Basic principles of bona fide group perspective should be found at any natural group but it may be difficult based solely on interviews. Results of earlier studies are difficult to migrate to groups acting in different context.
