    The purpose of this study was to gather information on what kind of experiencer there are from the use of exercise in the Finnish early childhood education. The objective was to review existing studies, about the use of exercise from the perspective of children´s participations. The research problem was to find out on the basis of the studies, how children’s participation takes place and is realized and how kindergarten teacher supports children’s participation in exercise moments. The purpose of this study is to increase knowledge about exercise benefits in supporting children’s participation. Systematic literature review policies have been used in this study. Final studies for the literature review were selected using acceptance and exclusion criteria. The final studies are two finnish doctoral studies and one finnish licentiate work. The origina material was examined from the perspective of the research questions. They were analysed by using content analysis methods, and the results were compiled together. All primary studies showed that exercise supports children’s participation in the Finnish early childhood education. To exercise moments were characterized children´s opportunity to contribute, opportunity for individual participation and sense of community. From kindergarten teacher the physical education requires good pedagogic skills, children´s individual consideration and genuine presence. The basis of this literature review was that physical education is a good way to enable children´s experience of participation and sense of community.
