    This research’s purpose is to find out what class teacher is thinking about grouping in school class and how important does the teacher see the grouping. Grouping is relevant part of class teacher’s job. This research started when I started to think why there is so big difference in behaviour in school classes. I started to think could it be about doing or not to do grouping in school class. That is the reason why I wanted to find out how class teacher who has experience about grouping sees importance of grouping This research is about one class teacher’s thoughts about grouping. I interviewed this teacher because I knew that she knows lot of grouping. This research was a case study research. My research’s meaning was to focus in one class teacher’s thoughts about grouping in school class. I collected the data by interviewing one teacher. I analysed the data and made themes from it. The main result was that the class teacher thinks that grouping is really important thing in her job. Grouping influences to many things for example how students enjoys their study. The teacher thought that grouping is a base for all doing together. Researches shows that there are many different ways to do the grouping. Teacher remark that there is not only one way to do the grouping. Every teacher must find their own way to do it. Grouping was much bigger subject that I in beginning thought. It influences lot to many things.
