We all have memories and opinions about our teachers. A good teacher is the one to be remembered – even after years of being away from the schooling system. We often consider good teacher as a warm, empathic and safe. A good teacher also creates excitement and joyful atmosphere to the classroom. Pupils are willing to learn and they sincerely feel joy and happiness of learning. They are also willing to learn more. Working as a teacher our personality is one the essential parts of our daily work with children. By enjoying our daily routines as a teacher and truly recognizing our strengths and weaknesses it is possible to create positive experiments and positive learning atmosphere also for the pupils. Beside the technically skillful teaching teachers have to able to recognize social situations and social interactions in classroom. Teachers also have to be aware of their own emotions in social interactions, especially with children.
