The purpose of this study was to examine parents’ experiences of mobile application TinyApp, which was used in three private daycare centers in Helsinki. The research questions were how did the par-ents feel the support of a mobile application TinyApp in education partnership and what is the parents' whole experience of the mobile application TinyApp. The premise of the study is to develop mobile application TinyApp and explore the suitability of this type of service in kindergartens. Previous studies have been carried out in a number of similar services. The results have shown that parents would use this kind of services if it would be easy to use and serve their needs. My research is quantitative research and the data was collected both electronic and paper form after the pilot phase in November 2015. The questionnaire included both closed and open questions of operational experience in general as well as the construction and principles of educational partnership. In pilot phase were involving a total of 50 older whom 10 replied to the questionnaire. Parents’ experiences of mobile application TinyApp were mainly positive. The communication between the kindergarten and parents through mobile application TinyApp was considered a success but the implementation of the educational partnership was seen as difficult. This was due to the partial incompleteness of the mobile application, which made it difficult to use. However, the results of the study showed that parents are very receptive to this kind of service.
