    Exhaustion is a growing phenomenon because of accelerating work life. Particularly students live in the middle of pressure from society – they should graduate as soon as possible, but at the same time they have to survive economically. The exhaustion is alarming effect from the perspective of well-being. Usually exhaustion occurs cynical attitude, decreased self-esteem and insurmountable fatique. This study examines that, what kind of exhaustion is in university students life, why they deal with it and how they recovery from exhaustion. This is a qualitative study and the data is collected from three young educationalist. The criteria for informants was experience of exhaustion, age (under 27 years) and university studies. The data was collected by theme interview and analysis method was content analysis method. The study found that exhaustion arises from the conflict of individual, external and life situation factors. Exhaustion associated with emotional and physical symptoms. Recovery process from exhaustion is gradual and it demands aware changes to life habits. Also the experience of coherence was found as an integral.
