Literature related to co-teaching, joint school and learning support was being used as source literature. There are several forms and models of co-teaching. Their purpose is to find such co-teaching practices that support teachers’ teaching together and satisfy the pupils’ support needs. Co-teaching creates an opportunity to execute the inclusion that exists in the society. With the help of three level support, co-teaching brings resources of special education to all pupils. The most important benefits of co-teaching for the teacher are opportunities for professional growth, peer learning and peer support, and versatile working methods. For pupil’s co-teaching can offer more time and attention from the teachers. Based on the research literature, the most important challenges of co-teaching were the timetable problems and the fear of criticism.
