There is only few research available on the treatment of supportive care and supportive measures. Previous research has shown that therapy is the only effective treatment. The purpose of my study was to find out what forms of support can be used with a child with op-positional defiant disorder and their effects on their behavior at home, at school, or in early childhood education. A child with ODD disorder is extremely challenging, especially for school children and kindergarten, for adults and other children. The aim of the study was to find in the earlier literature ways of working with these children in a school or kindergarten environment. The research has been carried out as a systematic literature review and has selected four different peer-reviewed scientific articles on the basis of which the research results have been reported. Qualitative content analysis has been used to analyze the content of Artikels. According to the study, there is still very little research information available on the treat-ment of obesity and supportive measures. Particularly at school and in kindergarten, the support measures used are almost non-existent.
